Subscription Tutorials

My team and I were responsible for developing tutorial videos aimed at assisting Square sellers in onboarding to the new Subscriptions feature. To achieve this, we revamped the script and overall design, focusing on simplicity and user-friendliness. Motivational enhancements were added at the beginning and end of the main sequence, providing an extra boost of encouragement. Additionally, we zoomed in on key UI moments to ensure clarity and highlighted the use of new brand elements, such as the Square stand, to create seamless animation transitions. This project sets the foundation for our future approach to tutorial videos, emphasizing an intuitive and engaging user experience.
